**Responsibilities**:

- **Application Management**: Got the know-how and can ensure/impose functioning of the HMS, ticket management systems to be deployed at the hub. The Exec. carries the know-how of CMS remote compatibilities and functionalities. _For eg: Start remote charging for a particular driver in cases when charging app/internet is not working etc; check faulty connectors on-field and rectify at-site, etc. _
- **Spot Assignment**:Assign, navigate appropriate charging spots to drivers based on the Vehicle specs [May as well be part of HMS]
- Experience with handling high-power devices and detect and rectify faults like MCB tripping, SPD faults etc
- **Charging Monitoring**: Oversees the charging process, ensures drivers properly connect their vehicles and start the charging session.
- **Troubleshooting**:Address, maintain DB of any issues related to the chargers, such as internet connectivity problems, chargerb offline/online status, power cuts.
- **Driver Support**:Handle driver queries, complaints, redressal, providing these timely to O&M team -> Product team amongst others.
- **Fleet Management**: Understand the different types of EVs [ 4W, 3W] in the fleet and their charger type req.
- Possess the necessary technical ability to inspect chargers, adhering to specific standard operating procedures (SOPs). If any issues are identified, create corresponding tickets and escalate to OEM, internal tech team, in a designed escalation matrix.
- Looks after the safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention for the charging stations
- Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of drivers and line managers

**Preferable Background**:

- BE Electronic/ Electrical, BE/ BTech Diploma
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Google
- Suite
- EV Charging hardware background is crucial [OEM field exec/testing exec]
- Previous parking/rental experience is a plus
- Exposure to software use is a must
- Worked at any hub in O&M carries the know-how of dealing with chaos]
- Can drive vehicle in/out
