
Marketing/sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to target high-potential customers in the food, pet food, and fertilizer industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through both digital campaigns and on-field marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute effective campaigns, aligning with company sales objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer demands.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM software, and lead-generation platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with rotogravure printing or flexible packaging solutions.
- Experience in on-field marketing and customer engagement in industrial or packaging sectors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
