**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive (Work from Home, Fresher-Friendly)

**Location**: Office/Remote (Work from Home)

**Salary**: ₹27,000 - ₹56,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Generate leads and engage with potential clients through online and offline platforms.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing queries and providing product information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and materials.
- Track sales performance and contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Report progress on tasks and targets to the management team regularly.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (training will be provided).
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
