We're looking for a motivated early-career professional who wants to build a long-term career in sales and marketing within a digital marketing agency.
This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, learning new tools, and working in a fast-paced digital environment.
You'll work closely with our senior outbound and marketing team to learn how to generate leads, conduct outreach, and book qualified calls with eCommerce and service-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in LinkedIn, email, and Instagram outreach to potential clients.
- Learn how to write outreach messages and handle first-level conversations.
- Support in building lead lists, CRM updates, and follow-up campaigns.
- Shadow senior team members to understand digital agency sales funnels and GTM strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
- Interest in digital marketing, sales, and business growth.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email tools, or CRM software is a plus.
- Highly organized, eager to learn, and proactive.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or GoHighLevel.
- Interest in automation tools like Clay, , or n8n.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is a big plus.
