**Job Description for IT Sales & Marketing**

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented sales and marketing associate to ensure that all sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives improve company sales and brand awareness. The sales and marketing associate’s responsibilities include planning and executing the marketing and sales strategies to exponentially grow the brand along with add to the revenue of the company by regular business development activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Market and promote IT services by the company by writing and designing sales literature ( online and offline) and attending industry events as and when required.
- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
- Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
- Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and promote the business IT services accordingly
- Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
- Develop & manage key relationships with potential customers.
- Should be able to generate targeted monthly revenue for the company by closing projects.
