Here, we are looking out for people who are creative, hard-working and dedicated to the art of building experiences for people. - **RESPONSIBILITIES** - We at Gameberry Labs are seeking an ambitious individual to be an - **Art Producer**, who will be keenly responsible for all the art deliverables.. - Preparing, managing, and controlling budgets and production schedules, for technical and administrative staff. - Set up processes and help build a pipeline that helps all artists to work smoothly. - Key eye on all the brief discussions and make sure we follow and exactly match it as expected and planned. - Excellent understanding of the project and foreseeing the project blockers and completions. - Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and responsibilities under pressure. Maintaining a calm and positive attitude in high-pressure situations. - Planning internally and external vendors to make sure we match our deadlines and deliver it on time. - Strong ability to communicate with internal and external teams, to match the expectations of the team. - Managing review cycle between leads / Art Director with all resources internal and external. - Checking the assets / PSD file to see if we have maintained the structure and extracts as per the brief. - Maintaining the folders / deliverables of assets and sharing those internally when it is done. - Mentor and coach a team of agents to adapt and grow with the team **Job Requirement** **REQUIREMENTS** - 7+ years overall work experience, 2+ Years of experience supervising and handling multiple projects. - Degree in art /animation. Which helps to understand the software and pipeline. - Excellent knowledge of the creative, technical and administrative.The production process for art and animation. - High level of ownership and bias for action, good level of knowledge with management tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, etc. - Proven communication and negotiation skills with fluent English both orally and in writing, are most required. - Strong ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently. - Be open to learning and executing to develop the pipeline much better which can ease out the unnecessary efforts of the team - Be a motivator, when needed and share positivity towards all members of the team.. **WHY JOIN US?** - Independence - Work in a studio that has complete P&L ownership of games - Work with kind, humble teams that inspire - For hyper-growth and condensed learning & challenges - We want to take India to the list of "Top 10 Gaming Studios" in the World
