GSN Games is seeking an
**Art Producer** with good task tracking skills to join our team in Bangalore

**What You'll Do**:
You’ll work with a passionate group of world-class designers and game artists on content for a wide variety of web and mobile games, as well as partner with various departments throughout the production pipeline to create fun and exciting art for our featured products and marketing content. As

the right fit, you’ll thrive in a creative environment that’s low on hierarchy and high on team-based collaboration, feedback, innovation, and the creation of fun and joyous experiences for millions of players. Projects you will work on may touch various platforms such as Facebook, mobile phones &
tablets, and the web.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Collaborate with Art Production Manager and Production team in tracking and managing art assets from start to finish.
- Use task management tools and scheduling techniques that are blend of agile development method and common game content development methods.
- Ability to quickly estimate the timelines for any tasks. Partner with creative and technical leads where required.
- Process Improvement: Help production document best practices and lessons learned. Create process, guidelines and templates which can help smoothen the process.

**About You**:

- Strong understanding of the game development and art creation processes.
- Excellent estimating, scheduling and managing multiple projects.
- 2+ Experienced in managing resources and production tools.
- Knowledge of production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others is beneficial.
- Well-versed in project management practices and tools with Office/Google products like Excel and Word.
- Capable of foreseeing issues, strategize, escalate & provide solutions.
- Self-motivated with ability to think analytically and diagnose issues.
- Great communication skills.

**Brownie points if you have experience in**:

- Making world-class social/casual/casino games
- Working with Photoshop, Illustrator and Unity
- Working in a product company
