Gameskraft has a 700+ strong team, with people from IITs, BITS, IIMs, Harvard, Stanford, ISB, NIDs, and NIFTs, who have worked at companies like Microsoft, Zynga, Uber, Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, and Jio Hotstar.

**Project Overview**:
We are currently developing an AAA-quality immersive third-person shooter (TPS) game for the Indian market, based on true events with an authentic storyline and gameplay experience. The game is designed to be compatible with low-end mobile devices to ensure wide adoption across India. The team working on this project comprises 15+ members in tech and product, and 20+ members in art and design.


**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage cross-functional teams, specifically focusing on coordination and dependency tracking between the tech-product and art/design teams.
- Oversee the game development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes to minimize wasted bandwidth on tracking dates and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams, ensuring clear objectives and smooth workflows.
- Identify and mitigate production risks and roadblocks.
- Define and track key performance indicators for production efficiency and project progress.
- Ensure that the game aligns with the overall vision and quality standards for an AAA-quality immersive third-person shooter.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 8-10 years of experience in Game Design and Game Production.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in game development.
- Extensive experience in high-level design and production roles.
- Strong understanding of game development pipelines and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with mobile game development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engine is a plus
