**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Oversee the production of features, games, and related projects including roadmap, resourcing, prioritization, and product milestones.
- Drive operations of the live games, working closely with product, design, art, engineering & marketing teams to deliver high-quality to the users.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases.
- Enhance traceability to ensure a smooth handover between different stages of the project.
- Stay current on overall mobile, casual, and social game best practices.
- Contribute to product & business reviews.
- Streamline processes for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Passionately ensure alignment within the team and help create a fun, engaging, and stimulating work environment.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for games
- At least 2+ years of game production experience across multiple game titles (Mobile or Web)
- Extraordinary teammate skills with a collaborative work style, and an interest in being hands-on with design, production, and development.
- An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter attitude.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
