As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Producer to join our Mobile Publishing team in our office in Bangalore. The team is responsible for managing successful game deliveries and maximising commercial success.

As a Producer, you will work with external and internal development teams to plan sprints and ensure timely build deliveries. You will collaborate closely with internal service teams to support developers and implement required functionality, while ensuring production targets are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive project success by coordinating with internal and external teams to keep everything on track and running smoothly.
- Tackle production challenges head-on, delivering regular updates to the Head of Production and key stakeholders.
- Keep documentation and schedules sharp and up-to-date, while offering insights on pipeline performance and future potential.
- Lead retrospectives that turn project learnings into actionable improvements.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of 2-3 years as a Producer in mobile games, ideally within the hybrid casual or casual genres.
- Exceptionally organised, with a talent for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proven leadership abilities, adept at managing and motivating internal teams.
- Quick-thinking problem solver, able to identify and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Proficient in Jira and comfortable with technology and production tools.
- Based in our office in Bangalore, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
