**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary **Creative Producer** with a strong background in video editing to join our team. This role bridges creative storytelling and production management, ideal for someone who has evolved from a hands-on video editor to a broader creative leadership role. The Creative Producer will oversee end-to-end content creation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual and narrative projects that align with brand goals and engage audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Strategy and Conceptualization**:

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the creative team to develop innovative concepts for video and multimedia projects.
- Translate brand goals and target audience insights into compelling storytelling strategies.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Lead all phases of production, from pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, planning) to post-production.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Source and coordinate with external vendors, talent, and crew when needed.
- **Video Editing and Quality Control**:

- Provide guidance on video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
- Review and refine content to ensure it meets creative and technical standards.
- Occasionally step in to edit or finalize video content when required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with writers, designers, editors, and marketing teams to produce cohesive content.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing video editing expertise and creative insights.
- **Innovation and Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, video production technologies, and audience preferences.
- Propose fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance storytelling and visual impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative projects.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a creative or production role, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of production workflows, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and pacing.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas effectively to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
