**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Creative Producer (Post-Production)** to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for storytelling, a passion for high-quality content, and experience managing post-production workflows, this role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with editors, motion designers, and sound engineers to maintain creative vision and quality.
- Review edits, provide feedback, and ensure brand consistency across all content.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and clients to align post-production output with project goals.
- Handle post-production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet technical specifications and creative standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in post-production, video editing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a strong storytelling approach.
