Are you a visionary storyteller with a passion for bringing ideas to life through captivating visuals? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Video Producer/Motion Designer to join our marketing team. As the driving force behind our visual content, you will play a crucial role in conceptualsing, producing, and delivering compelling video experiences, as well as photographic content that resonates with our audience. If you have a keen eye for design, a flair for creativity, and expertise in video, photo production, and motion design, we invite you to be part of our collaborative and innovative environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Conceptualize and execute visual concepts**: Develop creative and compelling visual concepts for external and internal video and photography content, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.
- ** End-to-end video/photography production**: Manage the entire video/photo production process, from initial ideation to final delivery, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- ** Motion graphics design**: Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and convey complex ideas in a visually appealing manner.
- ** Collaboration in a team**: Work closely with the CMO, Creative Director, and copywriters. Understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate input into the final product.
- ** Stay abreast of industry trends**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production and motion design to continually enhance the quality and creativity of produced content.
- ** Maintain an efficient workflow**: Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.

**Requirements for the role**:

- ** Minimum of 3 years of experience**: In video, photo production, and motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across different styles and platforms.
- ** Expertise in recording videos**: Editing, post-production, lighting, and sound.
- ** Photography skills**: experience in studio and reportage photography
- ** Proficiency in industry tools**: Such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
- ** Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities**: With a keen eye for visual aesthetics, storytelling, and the ability to produce compelling videos, photos, and animations
- ** High-quality standards**: Along with an eye for design and branding.
- ** Organizational skills**: For coordinating various production sets. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during the production process to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
- ** Strong communication skills in English**: And the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and partners.
- ** Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability**: In a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- ** Experience in creating animations and motion design**: Enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail.
- ** Conceptualising storyboards**: Will be a plus.
