**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team, product owners and clients to develop video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy
- Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, casting, lighting, and sound.
- Produce, write, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes, such as product demos, tutorials, talk showa, customer testimonials, event highlights, and social media.
- Manage the post-production process, including video editing, sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for new video projects and pitches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.
- Manage video assets and maintain organized files and archives.
- Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality video content, including concept development, scripting, filming, and post-production
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
