About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and impact-driven
Video Producer

who can craft compelling, emotion-driven content across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll transform raw footage into powerful narratives, create engaging edits for ads and campaigns, and bring donor stories to life through visuals & Voice. You'll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and campaign strategists to deliver videos that not only inform — but move people to act.

With video being the most effective way for communicating stories on online platforms, your position will play an important role in the company's success.

The material that you might work with may include raw camera footage, photographs, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Video Production: Oversee the production of campaign appeal videos from scripting to final execution.
  2. Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align video content with strategic objectives.
3. NGO Storytelling

: Connect with NGOs to capture compelling narratives that inspire donor contributions.
4. Content Strategy & Innovation:

Research and implement engaging video formats to drive donations and engagement.
5. Project Management & Timelines

: Manage multiple video projects, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.
6. Contribute to Social Media ideation in amplification of Donatekart's campaigns.
7. Contribute in topical reels, graphics narratives.
8. Work on aligning Thumbnails and graphic/carousel formats to streamline the feed with marketing team
9. Contribute in anchoring and voice overs of campaign videos.
10. Script and record the scripts for social media videos.

Requirements :

  1. A minimum of 2 years of professional working experience as video producer
  2. Basic working knowledge of video editing tools
  3. Experience in working in the social sector, documentaries, videos for NGOs or CSR
  4. Good time-management skills to juggle multiple videos
  5. Great interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Extensive working knowledge of a Video Production lifecycle & Non-linear Video Editing process.
  7. Multi-Lingual working proficiency is a benefit, as we source our stories from across the country.
  8. Should be a creative thinker and an effective story-teller
