Job Description:

Creative Code Productions, a leading video production agency, is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head of scriptwriting to lead our script development team. This role is ideal for a seasoned scriptwriter with a strong background in corporate films, branding videos, explainer videos, and other business-centric visual content. The Creative Head will write and oversee the creative direction of scripts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

• Lead the scriptwriting team, providing creative direction and mentoring junior writers.
• Define and maintain high creative standards for corporate film scripts and branding content.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality consistency.

Script Development & Storytelling:

• Write, edit, and refine scripts for corporate films, branding videos, promotional content, explainer videos, and internal communications.
• Develop compelling narratives and engaging storytelling techniques tailored for corporate audiences.
• Ensure scripts align with the brand's messaging and business objectives.

Conceptualization & Strategy:

• Collaborate with clients, directors, and production teams to conceptualize innovative storytelling approaches.
• Develop original ideas and script structures that elevate corporate films beyond conventional storytelling.
• Research industry trends and audience preferences to craft impactful and relevant content.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with producers, designers, and animators to ensure scripts translate effectively into visual content.
• Present and pitch creative ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into final script versions.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new concepts for corporate storytelling.

Quality Assurance & Innovation:

• Maintain high standards of writing, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in corporate filmmaking, scriptwriting techniques, and storytelling formats.
• Implement creative innovations that enhance the effectiveness and appeal of corporate videos.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in scriptwriting, with a strong focus on corporate films, branding videos, and business storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of corporate communication needs.
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate business concepts into engaging and visually compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting software and industry-standard tools.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
