Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the overall content strategy aligning with business and marketing goals.
  • Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns, storytelling, and visual communication across channels.
  • Manage and guide the content team (writers, designers, video producers, etc.) to deliver high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and brand teams to ensure content consistency and innovation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience insights to refine content approaches.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, pop culture, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Maintain a strong creative voice while ensuring content reflects brand tone and vision.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in content strategy, brand communication, or creative direction.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, storytelling, and digital content.
  • Excellent leadership, ideation, and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically under tight timelines.

Salary:

₹1,00,000 per month (CTC ₹12,00,000 per annum)
