****Job description**:
As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of games. We areseeking an individual with robust communication skills, capable of adeptly collaborating with various departments and balancing timelines and studio requirements; the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain synchronization with product teams, and deliver clear directives across multiple projects concurrently.

**Key Responsibilities: -**:

- Oversee the production of features, games and related projects including roadmap, resourcing, prioritization, and product milestones.
- Drive operations of the live game, working closely with product, design, art, art-outsource, engineering & marketing teams to deliver a high-quality to the players.
- Estimate production cost and timelines for projects based on allocated resources and studio vision ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Work closely with the Product team to plan the sprint roadmap and ensure all planned tasks
are ready for the development team to execute.
- Optimize and constantly strive to improve the process for production execution and tracking to ensure efficiency of resources in terms of manpower and accuracy in estimations.
- Act as the communication bridge between the leads, developers, and artists, and make sure that when changes are implemented, those who are involved know of the changes.
- Stay current on overall mobile, casual, and social game best practices.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision making and ensure that decisions are made in a timely fashion and evaluated for efficacy.
- Contribute to product & business reviews. Passionately ensure alignment within your team and help create a fun, engaging, and stimulating work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong time management, coordination, and work ethic are required, with the ability to complete multiple concurrent tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excels at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and setting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Extraordinary teammate skills with a collaborative work style, and an interest in being hands-on with design, production, and development.
- Good to have knowledge of Unity engine dev, art, and tech art pipelines.
- Excellent knowledge of production, the difficulties generally encountered by teams and solutions tailored to their requirements. An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter attitude

**Good to have**:

- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of various gaming platforms and technologies.
- Experience with community management and player engagement strategies
