**Job Description**:
We are now looking for experienced Game Producers (M/F/d) to join Technicolor Games and drive the creation of the games we produce with the world's most prestigious Triple A developers and publishers.

Here you will enable, facilitate and direct our teams to ensure that all games are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Someone passionate about games, with a strong understanding of production methodologies and the 3D art creation pipeline, who thrives in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for delivering games that reflect our committed project goals.
- Build and own a production roadmap outlining project staffing needs, timeline, and key feature delivery.
- Ensure stakeholders have proper visibility into development and are informed of any changes that may impact their teams.
- Collaborate with feature leads and the Production team to produce regular project risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Establish standards for Production tools and best processes to drive continuous improvement as we move through development.
- Foster an understanding of project goals and vision within the Production discipline.
- Organize, align, and drive the project production team to ensure excellence in all facets of development.
- JIRA task/bug entry, triage, and tracking for art teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a production role in the Games service environment.
- Deep understanding of games art pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
- Detail-oriented organized and strong communication skills, solutions-focused attitude, and a team player.
- Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
