The Company

The Pianosa Project focuses on large-scale content creation and media management for e-commerce marketplaces and brands. Our primary USP is the use of automation to create content at large volumes. There are primarily 4 departments in the company: Production & Editing, Influencer Management, Live Content and Media Campaigns. We work across multiple categories with a primary focus on e-commerce, working with brands like Amazon, Pidilite, Agaro, Puma, Flipkart and many more.

About the Role

We are looking for a Producer to support the production of digital films, branded content, and livestream campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital media, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibilities across the production pipeline. The Producer will assist senior producers while gradually taking ownership of smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating shoots for branded content and livestreams.
  • Support client servicing through note-taking, follow-ups and managing deliverables.
  • Work with creators to facilitate smooth execution of creative ideas.
  • Help manage production schedules, logistics, and budgets under senior producer guidance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and freelancers for specific production needs.
  • Oversee basic pre-production and post-production tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Learn and adapt to livestreaming workflows and technical setups.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of the video production process (pre-production, production, post).
  • Exposure to digital content, livestreaming, or branded campaigns (internships or junior roles).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for working with digital creators and brands.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a senior production role.
