Job description :- We are looking for "Content Producer" with 0-2 years of communications/marketing experience, content planning, strategy & creation. The person in this role should write scripts for your videos, present (shoot) your videos, edit your videos and distribute them on social media and the website. You must have the ability to visualize, ideate, develop, and distribute content in various video formats. You must be exceptionally good at identifying relevant and potential topics and must be really fast and accurate in turning these into compelling video stories.
Responsibilities: Produce well-researched compelling videos, tailor-made for various social media platforms and formats using the resources made available to you. Edit your videos using video editing apps such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc. - Output at all times should be free from any factual or creative errors and must be aligned as per our editorial standards and tonality. - You're required to produce video interviews, live interviews, video explainers (short and long-form), video bulletins, (top news of the day), ground video reports, 30-sec videos (reels), and more in consumable formats. All videos except (text-overlay videos) must be added with English subtitles. - You will manage any IP strikes/violations, organize, and manage all your video assets including the resources made available to you (hardware and software) and ensure no copyright or defamation claims, ever. - Design/Contribute/update the marketing playbook and ensure complete adherence. - Develop result-driven content to complement the brand-marketing strategies. Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. - Build capacity to develop all forms/styles of content. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person. - Optimise and reduce content production expenses. Required skills: - Communication skills - English and Hindi - Good camera/video presentation skills - Canva video edting skills, Adobe Premiere Pro skills - Critical thinking ability - Time management skills - Ability to collaborate across the Operating Units of the organization and within the Communications function. 4) Team Management 5) Knowledge of production, design/creativity and sound 6) Knowledge of evolving platforms and formats 7) Excellent copywriting skills Experience: 0-2 years communications/marketing experience, content planning, strategy & creation. Work location: Work From Anywhere (if required, you would be expected to come to the Bangalore office for crucial meetings with core team)
