We are looking for a creative Art director from an agency background, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenges. He will be responsible for orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
Tasks and duties may include :
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices Editing the final results for presentation to the client Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
Skills Required :
