We are looking for a creative Art director from an agency background, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenges. He will be responsible for orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
Tasks and duties may include :
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices Editing the final results for presentation to the client Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
Skills Required :
be highly creative have excellent interpersonal and communication skills have excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages be highly motivated and well organised a strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation a flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients a passion for advertising and commercial art a keen eye for visual details and accuracy The resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. high level IT skills in the latest art and design packages a good awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms an innovative approach to the media and the ways in which advertising is carried
