**Voice Process Executive**:
**Job Title: Voice Process ExecutiveJob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Address customer complaints, resolve problems, and offer solutions in a professional manner.
- Guide customers through processes or services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved effectively and promptly, adhering to company policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets related to call handling, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and meet business goals.
- Provide follow-up calls to ensure customers' concerns are resolved and to gather feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to higher authorities or specialized departments when necessary.
- Ensure all calls are conducted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Fluency in **English** (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to remain calm and focused while dealing with irate or upset customers.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable), including weekends or holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Telecalling: 1 year (required)
- Convensing skills: 1 year (required)
- Fluent English: 1 year (required)
