**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive

**Location**: [Nagpur]

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding products/services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, processing orders, and resolving complaints.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures while handling calls.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services where applicable.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert language(s)].
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently with customers over the phone.
- Good listening skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in voice-based customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
