Telecalling Executive (International Voice Process)

Experience:

- 6 Months to 1 Year in International Voice Process or Customer Service Support

Roles & Responsibilties:
2. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our products, pricing, and availability, offering comprehensive answers to customer questions.

3. Collaborate with other member to fulfill customer needs and resolve issues promptly.

4. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently across various platforms.

**Skills**:1. Good Communication skills in various Accent

2. Exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

3. Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

5. Enthusiasm for engaging with people and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

6. Proven track record of effectively convincing leads and converting them into customers.

Timings:
11am to 8pm (IST)
