As a **Voice Process Executive** in the insurance sector, you will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to policies, claims, and product information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer calls regarding insurance products, policy details, and claims.
- Provide information and resolve issues related to policies and claims.
- Update customer records and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with policy renewals and account changes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: (Bachelor’s preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in customer service (preferably in insurance).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
