**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- **Work in the coordination of the On-site Manager**: The BIM Coordinator should be able to work in the coordination of the BIM Manager and provide the required details.
- **Taking care of project schedules and delivery targets**: The BIM Coordinator works closely with Team leads and finds a way to Achieve the committed timeline as per the project schedule and take responsibility for delivery targets.
- **Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings**: The BIM Coordinator conducts regular BIM coordination meetings to review project progress and identify and resolve issues. They also assist in the development of clash detection and resolution workflows.
- **Development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards**: The BIM Coordinator collaborates with BIM Managers to develop and implement BIM strategies and standards. They also stay up to date with emerging BIM technologies and trends.

**Skills required: -**
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD.
- Good Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- Experience with Project management software preferred.
- Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture, or an equivalent combination of training and or work experience.
- BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology.

**Experience required: - 5-6 years working on BIM. Salary: - 8 LPA to 9 LPA**

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
