**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

Responsible for the preparation of working drawings for various projects using Archicad software in all the Design phases/ aspects in coordination with the Design Team.
- **Preparation of Drawings and Presentations**: Create architectural and interior drawings based on sketches, building specifications, and calculations. Produces design presentations (Keynote/ PowerPoint) Produces 2D, 3D, and working drawings.
- **Design Solution**: Assists in the development of all phases of design and assists in the preparation of technical solutions to make the design feasible. Resolves minor design issues.
- **Communication**: Establishes and maintains professional and effective lines of communication with the superior and other departments. Communicates and listens in an appropriate and professional manner.

**Skills required: -**
- Experienced Drafters for Schematic/ Design Development stage production for both Architecture and Interior Design
- Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements & authority submission an advantage;
- Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Proactive, Hardworking, and strict adherence to meeting deadlines;
- Proficient in using Archicad, AutoCAD, Photoshop and MAC OS preferred
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 3Yrs Experienced Employees specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

**Experience required: - 3 to 5 years of working experience on the Architectural side of the project**

**Salary: - 4 LPA to 5 LPA**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
