**Designation**: Jr. BIM Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement BIM execution strategies and workflows tailored for architectural design projects.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate, information-rich 3D BIM models with **LOD 500** detail.
- Create and manage architectural BIM models in **Revit**, ensuring precision, completeness, and alignment with design intent across all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with design, structural, MEP, and other teams to coordinate and integrate architectural designs into a **federated BIM environment**.
- Perform **clash detection** using **Navisworks**, identify and resolve conflicts to support seamless multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Adhere to and enforce **project and company BIM standards, templates, and best practices**.
- Keep up-to-date with **BIM trends, tools, and global standards**, including **ISO 19650**.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **Software Proficiency**:

- Autodesk **Revit** (Advanced proficiency)
- **AutoCAD**:

- **Navisworks** (Clash detection and coordination)
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **CAD to BIM conversion workflows**:

- Experience working at **LOD 500** level of detail

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
