**Model Management**: Oversee the maintenance and management of BIM models throughout the project, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

**Visualization**: Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.

**Cost Estimation**: Extract quantities and generate cost estimates from BIM models to facilitate budgeting and procurement.

**Documentation**: Produce construction documentation directly from BIM models, ensuring alignment with design intent and project specifications.

**Training and Support**: Provide training and support to project teams and stakeholders in BIM software and processes.

**Quality Control**: Perform regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

**Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with emerging BIM technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve project workflows.
