Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **BIM Modeling**: Create and manage 3D BIM models of architectural designs using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models align with project specifications, schedules, and design intent.
- **Design Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure consistency across all project phases.
- **Documentation**: Generate accurate and detailed construction drawings, plans, and schedules from BIM models, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- **Quality Control**: Perform regular checks on the BIM model for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
- **Training & Support**: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, and assist with BIM-related training and development.
- **Software Management**: Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software tools and technologies, implementing new features and improvements to the team’s workflow.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve issues within the BIM model or between different design disciplines to ensure smooth project progression.
- **Project Reporting**: Participate in project meetings and provide updates on BIM-related tasks, issues, and progress.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all deliverables adhere to internal standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with BIM tools, specifically in the architectural or construction industry.
- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly **Revit**; experience with other tools like Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is a plus.
- **Knowledge of Standards**: Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP), BIM standards, and protocols (ISO 19650, etc.).
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Experience with Clash Detection and Model Coordination** is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Certifications**: Architectural Degree
- **Experience In BIM**: 3 to 4 years
- **Understanding of Construction Processes**: Insight into construction documentation, sequencing, and sequencing software integration.
