**Responsibilities**:

- **Convert 2D CDs to 3D BIM Models**: Translate construction documentation (plans, elevations, sections) into detailed BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.
- **Model Coordination**: Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP components into a unified model.
- **Clash Detection & Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems within the BIM model.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure models meet project specifications, client standards, and construction requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and integration.
- **Documentation & Updates**: Maintain organized model documentation, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- **Support Construction Teams**: Assist in the construction process by providing 3D models for planning, scheduling, and field coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation (CDs) and building systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
- Experience in model coordination, clash detection, and quality assurance.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
