**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Convert CAD Drawings**: Transform 2D CAD drawings of architectural and structural elements into detailed 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
- **Develop BIM Models**: Create and manage BIM models for architectural and structural components, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- **Integrate Systems**: Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate architectural and structural systems into the BIM environment, ensuring coordination with MEP systems.
- **Conduct Clash Detection**: Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and other building systems within the BIM model.
- **Generate Documentation**: Produce and maintain BIM documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules related to architectural and structural elements.
- **Support Design Visualization**: Utilize BIM tools for design visualization, including 3D rendering and virtual walkthroughs, to aid in client presentations and project reviews.
- **Assist with BIM Execution Plans**: Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM execution plans and workflows for architectural and structural components.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and industry standards related to architectural and structural design.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in CAD to BIM conversion for architectural and structural projects, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of architectural and structural design principles, building codes, and standards.
- **Clash Detection**: Experience with clash detection and resolution within BIM models.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
