**Roles and Responsibilities: -**

Design and Analysis: Develop structural designs and perform detailed analysis using BIM software tools. Create and modify 3D models, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and regulations.

BIM Implementation: Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to implement BIM processes and workflows. Utilize BIM software to integrate structural design with architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems.

Model Development: Create and manage the development of BIM models for structural components, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and connections. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and coordination of information within the BIM model.

Clash Detection and Coordination: Conduct clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts or clashes between structural elements and other building systems. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth integration of design elements.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports related to structural design and BIM coordination. Generate construction documentation, including drawings for fabrication and assembly.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and quality checks on BIM models and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to industry standards.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, MEP engineers, construction managers, and contractors. Communicate and coordinate with team members to resolve design and construction-related issues.

BIM Standards and Training: Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, industry best practices, and standards. Provide training and support to project team members regarding BIM tools, processes, and workflows.

**Skills required: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience with BIM software programs, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
- Experience with other CAD software programs, including AutoCAD, Micro Station, and Bentley
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills

**Experience required: - 3 to 5 years of working experience as a Civil engineer on BIM.**

**Salary: - 3 LPA to 5 LPA**

**Salary**: ₹१५,०००.०० per month
