- Follow project-specific BIM standards and maintain accurate model data.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and assist in technical problem-solving.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
- 1+ years of experience in MEP modeling using Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system layouts.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and standards
- Familiarity with clash detection tools like Navisworks Manage is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:
