**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and structured online or in-person training sessions on BIM concepts and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Develop curriculum, training materials, case studies, and practical project exercises.
- Customize training programs based on learner needs (beginners to advanced levels).
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and feedback sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software updates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in BIM-related roles.
- Proven teaching, mentoring, or training experience (formal or informal).
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as:
Autodesk Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure)
Navisworks
AutoCAD
BIM 360 (bonus)
- Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.

**Compensation**:
Negotiable - Based on experience, sessions, and engagement type.
