Civil Instructor

**Job Title: Civil Trainer (BIM, 3DS Max, SketchUp, VRay)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Plan, organize, and deliver instructor-led training for individuals and groups.
- Provide in-depth instruction on BIM processes, 3DS Max, V Ray and SketchUp, covering all relevant features and tools.
- Customize training programs according to the experience level of participants (beginner to advanced).
- Develop and deliver hands-on exercises and real-world project-based learning to reinforce concepts.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and video tutorials for BIM, 3DS Max, V Ray and SketchUp.
- Create training schedules, lesson plans, and evaluation methods.
- Ensure course materials are relevant, current, and aligned with industry standards.
- **Hands-on Assistance and Support**:

- Provide one-on-one support to participants to address specific challenges or questions related to software tools.
- Offer troubleshooting advice for issues related to software installations or project execution.
- Guide trainees through practical exercises and project-based learning using BIM, 3DS Max, and SketchUp.
- **Assessment and Progress Tracking**:

- Evaluate the progress of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Maintain records of participant attendance, progress, and performance.
- **Industry Best Practices**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and updates in BIM, 3DS Max, and SketchUp software.
- Incorporate industry best practices and emerging technologies into training content.
- Assist organizations in adopting BIM processes and tools to improve project delivery, collaboration, and efficiency.
- **Collaboration and Networking**:

- Build relationships with industry partners to provide real-world context and case studies during training sessions.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Additional certifications in BIM, 3D modeling, V Ray or relevant software tools (e.g., Autodesk, SketchUp, etc.) are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in 3DS Max for creating 3D models, visualizations, and renderings.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp, including its use for conceptual design, architectural modeling, and visualization.
- Experience in training or teaching these tools to diverse groups of learners.
- **Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with BIM, 3DS Max, and SketchUp in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor is highly desirable.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, accessible manner.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring others.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Should be able to Speak Marathi, Hindi and English
- **Other**:

- Ability to adapt training materials to suit various learning styles (e.g., visual, auditory, hands-on).
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new software releases and advancements in BIM and 3D modeling technologies.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Swargate, Pune

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
