**Job Location - Oman**

Our team is hiring _**Civil Auto cad Draughtsman**_for one of leading construction company based in**Oman.**

**Job Description/ Accountability**

To use software to convert the designs of architects and engineers into technical drawings and plans. Workers specialize in architectural, civil, electrical, or mechanical drafting and use technical drawings to help design everything from microchips to skyscrapers.
- Liaise with Site / Project Engineers / Managers and Architects to gather the site information and structural requirements and make designs accordingly.
- Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software.
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by Engineers and Architects
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
- Assist the Architects and Engineers in their work, for by spotting problems with plans and designs.
- Add details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques.
- Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by Engineers and Architects.
- Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products.
- Pay close attention on the plans that are designed to build are technically accurate to the outlined specifications.
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
- Submission of as built drawings of the project before handing over the site to the client.
- Store the design diagrams of each project in hard drive, CDRW, hardcopy for easy retrieval.
- Ensure company assets and accountability to settle within stipulated time.
- To undertake any other tasks as per management instructions.

Internal : Liaise with inter-sections for various projects related tasks.

Local : Liaise with inter-department within the company.

External : Not applicable.
- Diploma (or) B.E. Civil / Mech. or equivalent study.
- Technical institutes offer instruction in design fundamentals, sketching, and CADD (computer-aided design and drafting) software.

Skills to handle the entire designing of buildings.

Interpersonal skills

Math skillsin **s**olving mathematical calculations involving angles, weights, and costs.

Technical skills - Exp. in CADD, Database tools such as BIM (building information modeling).

Time Management skillsto complete the designing on time.

Oman Driving License

This position follows the HSE policies and procedures of the Company.

This position follows the policies and procedures of OG Safety system.

This position follows the policies and procedures of OG Quality system.

This position operates from an office.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
