Job Title: BIM Architect

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Skills: Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architects with 3 to 5 years of experience in US-based projects to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are not only technically proficient in BIM tools but also capable of managing client expectations, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring junior team members. You will play a key role in the execution of complex architectural and engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables in line with international BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending client meetings.
  • Understanding the project/client requirements.
  • Efficiently using BIM softwares to fulfil the requirement of the project and client.
  • Escalating & Documenting RFI's, emails, Constructability issues (Clashing Information & Clashing Geometry) during and after modelling.
  • Guiding teammates, if needed.
  • Review and QA/QC project deliverables.
  • Maintain checklists, reports and other documentation required for the project.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • years of experience using BIM in US projects.
  • Bachelors degree in architecture or civil engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of various International BIMs standards and BIM LODs.
  • Awareness of BIM best practices.
  • Good experience in Revit family creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High logical thinking, listening and initiative skills.
