Job summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer with expertise in architectural and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and management of BIM models, ensuring they meet the highest standards for our projects in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • BIM Model Development: Create, manage, and update BIM models for our architectural and civil engineering projects, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM models into the project workflow.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks and audits of BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation and reports based on BIM models to support project planning and execution.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to junior team members and stakeholders on BIM processes and tools.
  • Software Proficiency: Dynamo, Revit

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in large-scale real estate development projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
