Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless virtual design implementation. Key tasks include managing BIM software, leading BIM coordination meetings, and collaborating closely with architecture and MEP teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
  • Proficiency in Virtual Design and Architecture
  • Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) integration
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with relevant BIM software
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices is a plus
