The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in US & Middle East projects.Responsibilities And DutiesStrong managerial skills to effectively lead teams of at least 10-15 architects, drafters and designers.Experience in handling client calls, meetings, quality audits and training.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle various situationsduring client deliverables.Execute BIM projects for the US & Middle East geographyCollaborate with cross-functional teams including MEPF, structural, and architectural disciplines for effective coordination and integration.Utilize your strong technical knowledge to deliver high-quality BIM models, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the BIM modeling process.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology, providing recommendations for process improvement and implementation.RequirementsSkill Required:Revit, AutoCAD , BIM 360B.
