Role & responsibilities

  1. Develop accurate and detailed Revit MEP models for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting systems.
  2. Interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and point cloud data for model creation.
  3. Support Scan to BIM modeling by converting laser scan data into intelligent BIM models.
  4. Maintain model element accuracy as per LOD, LOA and project standards.
  5. Assist in clash detection and coordination activities with other disciplines.
  6. Update models based on design changes, markups, or coordination feedback.
  7. Follow established BIM workflows, templates, and naming conventions.
  8. Generate MEP drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
  9. Coordinate with the BIM Lead for quality control and project delivery timelines.
  10. Continuously improve modeling efficiency and quality through best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

BE / Diploma Mechanical . minimum 1 years of revit MEP modeling experience. Scan to BIM Understanding

Or Civil Engineer of 2- 3 years of MEP BIM Modeling including Scan to BIM modeling.
