Job Description

A BIM Modeler develops and manages digital 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects. These models integrate architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) details to ensure accurate project visualization, coordination, and execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • Model Creation & Maintenance
  • Create and update detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards.
  • Ensure models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with design intent.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project information.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve design or modeling conflicts.
  • Standards & Protocols
  • Implement and uphold BIM standards, guidelines, and execution plans.
  • Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM protocols throughout the lifecycle.
  • Technical Support
  • Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and workflows.
  • Assist in developing BIM execution strategies for new projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and industry protocols.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
