**Location**:Mumbai

**Job summary**

BDP India is seeking a BIM Architect with experience of working on Metro projects for its Mumbai Studio.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Support Senior Architects**: Work with and support senior architects on the development of metro projects.
- **Independent BIM Model Development**: Work independently using experience from other metro projects to develop BIM models.
- **Client Presentation Materials**: Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, and construction documentation.
- **Revit Model Development**: Develop Revit models as per company BIM processes or as directed by BIM manager/senior architect.
- **Drawing Sets Production**: Produce drawing sets in REVIT, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, details, etc.
- **Stay Current with BIM Software**: Keep current with new features in BIM software, design trends, code changes, and developments.
- **Quality and Deadline Assurance**: Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Completion of five-year architectural degree program or Master in Architecture program.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with metro projects
- underground or over ground, RRTS, rail projects.
- **Software Proficiency**: High level of proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- **Additional Software Knowledge**: Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, Dynamo, Lumion, Adobe suite is an added advantage.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Knowledge of building technology, construction techniques, engineering principles, sustainability strategies, building codes.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- **Design and Problem-solving**: Design and problem-solving skills with an appreciation of architectural design intent.
- **Work Ethic**: Positive attitude coupled with strong work ethic.
- **Self-motivation**: Self-motivated with ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- **Commitment to Team**: Commitment to the multidisciplinary project development process and team-focused environment.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work in a collaborative environment, producing exemplary work on a daily basis.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Software Skill: Revit must, Navisworks, Dynamo and other BIM software’s, Knowledge of Rhino, Lumion and Grasshopper will be considered.

A Revit Assessment will be given to those chosen for an interview.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
