**Learning and Development**: Actively engage in learning BIM software tools, best practices, and industry standards under the guidance of experienced BIM professionals.
**Assistance in Modeling**: Support the BIM team in creating and updating 3D BIM models. Learn to use BIM software effectively to build and modify digital representations of building components.
**Quality Assurance**: Assist in quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models. Learn to identify and rectify issues and discrepancies.
**Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain organized records of BIM models, revisions, and project documentation. Prepare reports and assist in project-related administrative tasks.
**Clash Detection**: Work with the team to identify clashes or conflicts within BIM models and learn how to effectively report and resolve them.
**Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to contribute to a coordinated project workflow.
**Innovation and Continuous Learning**: Actively seek opportunities for skill enhancement and process improvement within the BIM workflow. Contribute ideas for optimizing the use of BIM in projects.
**Efficiency**: Strive to improve efficiency in BIM processes, such as modeling techniques, data management, and collaboration tools.
