Bim Trainer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler/Trainer or working on BIM projects (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
- Ability to handle classroom queries and adapt training based on audience understanding.
- Certifications from Autodesk or other BIM authorities are a plus.
- Familiarity with clash detection, quantity takeoff, and 4D/5D BIM workflows preferred.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in training fresh graduates or corporate professionals.
- Knowledge of international BIM execution plans and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM360, or other automation/simulation tools.
- Past experience in curriculum development or content creation.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate **BIM Trainer** to join our team and help train architecture, engineering, and construction professionals in the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and practices. This role involves designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, workshops, and practical assignments on BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver hands-on training sessions on BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant platforms.
- Create course material, tutorials, presentations, and assessments tailored to beginners, intermediate, or advanced learners.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and BIM standards
- Provide feedback, evaluate trainee progress, and help them improve technical and workflow proficiency.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions as per the assigned schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams and update training content as per industry requirements and software upgrades.

Pay: ₹15,124.55 - ₹35,279.26 per month
