**Job Title**: BIM Architect
**Location**: Pune, India
**Experience**: 2-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

- **BIM Model Development**: Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and alignment across disciplines.
- **Design Documentation**: Create, modify, and maintain BIM documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
- **Clash Detection and Resolution**: Perform clash detection and coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues.
- **BIM Standards Compliance**: Implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in line with industry practices.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support and guidance to the project team for BIM-related tasks.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in training other team members on BIM processes and software.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
- **Experience**: 2 to 7 years of experience in BIM and architectural design, with proven experience in large-scale projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and model management.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Dynamo, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
- Experience in project management and team coordination.
