**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and update **BIM models** for architectural projects at various design stages.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Implement **BIM workflows, standards, and protocols** to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Produce detailed **2D and 3D drawings, documentation, and visual presentations** from BIM models.
- Support clash detection, drawing extractions, and data integration with other disciplines.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment with **ISO and industry standards**.
- Assist in **design detailing, space planning, and material specifications** based on project needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related technical issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs within project schedules.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar architectural role.
- Proficiency in **Revit** and other BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction methods, and building codes.
- Experience in **BIM execution plans** and **project collaboration environments**.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,305.35 - ₹50,846.25 per month
