**Job Title**: BIM Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assistance to BIM Manager in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans and BIM standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, ensuring they align with project objectives and client specifications.
- Coordinate and manage BIM and MEP engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and standards.
- Utilize Autodesk Revit to manage and maintain BIM models received from Dubai team, collaborating with the design and construction teams in Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain required information for BIM coordination.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans and BIM standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team regarding BIM-related matters.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of BIM models and related documentation.
- Manage BIM data and ensure its accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Monitor and track project progress in relation to BIM deliverables, and report any deviations or challenges to the project management team.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other external partners to facilitate the exchange of BIM data and models.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings to address clashes and conflicts identified through the BIM process.
- Review and analyze design and construction documents to identify potential constructability issues or clashes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM-related workflows and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the design, construction, and operation teams, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues.
- Support the integration of BIM with other project management tools and systems.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in coordinating construction projects and MEP engineering projects.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
- Proficient in using MS Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of MEP engineering principles and coordination requirements.
- Familiarity with clash detection tools and techniques.
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
